3. Search and tour
Your agent sends homes that match your criteria and schedules showings. Touring in person helps you see what photos can’t show.
4. Make an offer
Your agent reviews recent comparable sales with you, and together you decide on price and terms. The seller may accept, decline, or counter.
5. Inspections, escrow, and closing
Once an offer is accepted, escrow opens. You complete inspections, review disclosures, finalize your loan, and sign closing documents. Your agent coordinates the deadlines along the way.
