- Search and tour. I send homes that match your criteria and set up showings.
- Make an offer. We review recent comparable sales and decide on terms together.
- Inspections and escrow. I coordinate inspections, disclosures, and deadlines.
- Close. I stay with you through the final walkthrough and signing.
