I’m a Ventura County real estate agent with RE/MAX Gold Coast, Remedios Team. I’ve worked in real estate for 10 years, and before that I was a mortgage broker and loan originator in California.
That background helps me explain how the pieces of a transaction fit together, so you know what to ask your lender and what to expect at each step. My clients value a smooth, well-managed transaction over the lowest commission, and I run every deal that way.
I also have experience with probate, estate, trust, and attorney-involved sales, where careful coordination matters.
